What started as a single counter and a family recipe book has grown into the neighbourhood spot people plan their week around. Every dish on our menu still traces back to a memory — a grandmother's sauce, a father's grilling technique, a weekend spent testing spice blends until they felt right. We buy from local farmers, change the menu with the seasons, and cook every plate the way we'd want to be served ourselves.
